Help with DC action figures needed

Hi all - does anyone know the lines that these DC action figures are from?

 

If different lines, I am interested in the Gentleman Ghost and the Solomon Grundy.

 

Are these articulated figures or statues?

 

My knowledge of action figures doesn't go beyond 1990.

First time I looked online couldn't find a Grundy that looked the same but I see it now.

 

Is the "Marvel Legends" line a comparable thing for Marvel characters?
