What's an Adventure 247 VG without Centerfold worth..

Is there anyway to get a centerfold?

Buy another incomplete or coverless copy.

Make a color laser copy of a loose centerfold from Adv 247 or just rip the centerfold out of a recent Adv # 247 reprint comic.

If you are patient and watch, you can find a coverless copy. I did something similar with a book from 1940. Took about a year of watching on Ebay, but found a coverless copy with the center fold and the page quality was a perfect match to boot. I recomend Matt Nelson to merge the two books. Reasonable price and great work.
