Amazing Spider-Man vs Thor - Price Variants

Hello,

The in "Amazing Spider-Man (Complete with Variants)" the price variants (30 and 35 cents) are listed separately. In the "Thor #126-#600" set (don't see a Thor set that says "Complete with Variants") the price variants are grouped in with the non price variants for the same issue. So, if you have both the price variant and regular priced book you can only enter one. Can this be changed to reflect how the Amazing Spider-Man set is done? This would also apply to the "Thor #172-#290" set.
