21 cm x 33 cm

...actually a few millimetres smaller but that should do you.

2.54 cm in an inch so 8.26" x 12.99"

Found with google:

Quick question - can someone tell me the exact dimensions of a CGC slab?

Yeah I saw that too but I am looking for the depth also, and I prefer the non-decimal version.

Depth varies based on page count I think - I know they have a number of different inner well sizes to handle different books, not exactly sure how that impacts the casing thickness overall.

Slym is right about GN's being thicker for sure - My Killing Joke copies for example or substantially thicker than a standard modern. I'm guessing for a book like New 52 TEC 27 which was quite a bit thicker than a regular modern book, it might impact thickness.
