Question for experts. Help really appreciated

I am planning to acquire a TMNT #1 1st Print.

 

I would like either a CGC 9.0 9.2, or 9.4 grade.

 

How much is the going prices for these specific grades. All I can see on ebay are Fixed Price sold listings. I dont really trust it because those are usually manipulated.

 

 

How much should I be ready to pay for the following?

 

9.0 = ?

9.2 = ?

9.4 = ?

Heritage sold a few copies today and 9.4 just broke $5k w/ BP. Check there for the other books that sold today. Fresh sales
