Moisture in CGC case?

I'm not entirely sure what this is, but there seems to be air bubbles or something trapped in the CGC case. Do you guys have an explanation for this? Is there a way to get it out? Thanks.

I just did a quick search and found some answers. If anyone has anything new to add as to how to get rid of it, that would be appreciated.

It's not moisture, just the inner well rubbing against the outer well. Very common. If it bothers you take a piece of paper and sneak it through the edge of the outer well and slide it at the spot. It will go away.

The only area that I can slip a piece of paper into is on the right, middle outer seal, however, the plastic part that actually contains the book is preventing me from sliding the paper over it, and it immediately guides the paper downward whenever I insert the paper.

Finally got it! Thanks for your help. I had to use an index card, because a regular piece of paper was too weak.
