Rare JFK Assassination Recall Issue

 

John F. Kennedy appeared in Action Comics #309 in 1963 when he helped protect Clark Kent’s secret identity.

 

The issue hit stands the week after Kennedy’s assassination, much to the alarm of DC Comics. Retailers were asked to return the book but that was not entirely effective in keeping it off the stands. Hard to find and highly desirable Kennedy collectible.
