I personally think it's another situation where the company encapsulates the books that they sell, even though I have no evidence, I feel it in my heart. That and the fact that it looks like one ebay seller has the exclusive rights to sell them.

it's funny but comicart1 ebay rating has been static at 103 since someone first brought up vault grading a few weeks ago. What's up with that, is he not selling, are buyers returning, not leaving feedback?
