so let's see. he says its CGC 4.0 but it's PGX 2.0. no back cover scan. small front cover scan. claims some mythical non existent 'top label'. recently sold 'babe ruth' and lou gehrig signed baseball, the most forged sports memorabilia on the planet with a ball that was worn as hell but the stitching was pristine....do I about have it right?

I think he is saying the small strip across the very top of the holder has "4.0 vg" printed on it. He didn't include a picture though.
