Do CGC charge for re-labelling?

Just wondering if CGC charge for re-labelling due to label mistake?

 

I have two slabs, an uncanny x-men #267 with Bob Wiacek completely missing from the label and Pretty Deadly #1 with Kelly Deconnick instead of Kelly Sue Deconnick.

I am sending them back to CGC for relabelling with a facilitator from UK, and apparently CGC are charging to correct their labelling mistake and of course I have to pay shipping fees from across the big pond.

They won't charge to fix a label mistake that they made, but if they argue that their mistake is due to inaccurate or inadequate information supplied by you then they might.

 

Are these SS slabs, or is the label information on a blue label simply incorrect? I can't tell from your post.
