Any boardies in Northern IL. know of some stolen key books?

I looked through local news outlets and didn't see anything, but an ad I saw on CL has sparked my curiosity. Seller claims to have inherited some comics, keys are listed like IH 181, Hulk 102, Cap 100, ASM 129, GSX1, FF48 & 50 and AV 2&6 Claims they are all in NM+ condition and is asking a king's ransom. But the rest of the collection is 2 issues of new Mutants and a Spidery 300. It just seems too questionable to be legitimate. I know that the Rock Island Book store suffered a break-in in Nov 2013 but I don't think a list of books that were was ever released. Any assistance would be appreciated.
