Absolutely. That way other sniper/assassins know he's a friendly.

 

 

 

 

 

 

...with a bulls-eye on his chest also.

 

 

It's a "don't aim here" type of Bullseye......

In my opinion, that's the nicest thing anyone has ever said about Rob Liefeld.

 

If you want to see some great Trimpe work, look at Incredible Hulk #'s 118 thru 130, where he inked his own work.Especially take a look at issue 120 or 121, I believe. I don't remember which, but there is some incredibly detailed work that I feel is Herb's finest. Truly great stuff.
