Trying to open up sales to the Great White North but have no idea how to quote shipping. Any thoughts on the most cost effective way to ship from CONUS to Canada?

Always use First class international until 4 lbs. Then, priority mail international after. Use both of those if the amount of the books being shipped is covered by your dealer insurance. If your policy says it wont cover the amount you are shipping unless you use express, then use that instead.
