CGC declining to encapsulate a book

They wouldn't grade/slab a heavily restored Flash 105 I submitted because of a slight overhang.As it would be a PLOD anyway,I might get the cover trimmed to correct that flaw. I was thinking it would come back at least a 8.5,maybe higher.

As it was one of my express freebies from join up,they

issued me a credit for a future submission.
