Repairing a comic

Hi I tried to seach to find a thread in here about any companies that may be able to repair or restore comics and all I could find was the thread about pressing.

 

My problem is I just came into a few comics and I noticed 2 are really worth holding onto or selling. But I would love to see them in better shape. Does anyone know of any companies that restore/repair books ?

What books are you looking to restore? Would it be possible for you to post scans? There are a lot of factors to take into account before deciding to get a book restored.

I wish I had a scanner the photos I took with my low quality cam are really bad with the glare etc but here is one link

Assuming that there are no large pieces or significant defects that are unseen in the picture I would not bother. They already appear to be nice comics. Although they are definately valuable any added value you get would probably not cover the cost of restoration, you would probably do better not restoring them.
