Can a Press get this non color break crease out???????????

that looks like a printers crease, and if it is, any attempt to fix that could damage the book.

what happens when you try and take the crease out, you'll be left with white areas were the ink didn't touch the paper, because the inks are applied after the pressing of the paper. But, DiceX worked for a printer, he will probably chime in at some point to confirm that is so or not.
