Just about every monster/villain in the first Jonny Quest series........

 

But especially the Invisible Monster they painted.

+1,000! Just the best.

 

A more obscure baddie that scared me was The Captive from Captain America annual 3. Still the scariest comic I ever read as a kid!

That Mr one and Mr two dude?

 

That was annual 4. Lotsa new mutant guys intro'ed in that one.
