Writing on inside of book. How much does it effect Grade?

I have an issue that would probably score between a 5.0 - 6.0. However, on the inside at the top of the back cover, there is writing in pen stating "comic purchased in 1968". Anyone know how much something like this effects the grading by CGC?

In that range, it will have no impact on the grade at all.
