I'm bad at this game, I was thinking 5.0-5.5. I guess I don't know how heavily the stains factor.

If the staples are rusty , the stain must be H2O , the inside pages are ok and it doesn´t feel like when a book was water damaged so i dont know how this has hapenned

 

Problem with the rusty staples is that is getting worse with time... So in my opinion its a big deffect for my book .

I'm in the 4.0 camp but the book is not worth getting slabbed and with the stains/staples it's pretty much a reader copy for someone. It's not desirable as a collectable. Sorry.
