Looking for HG Sleeper #1 and other moderns (yes, I said moderns)

Anyone out there have a SLEEPER #1 that might garner a 9.8+ CGC grade? I'm looking for one.

I'm also looking for the same HG style of copy for the latest CATWOMAN #1 by Brubaker, and EX MACHINA #1, and Ultimate X-Men #46 and #50.

Heck, while I'm at it, I'm interested in a really nice copy of WARLORD #1 too.
