That is a stain on the lower left back cover. Not a tear/fold.

With all the stains/creasing and small tears I’d say a 5.0 at best…

Of course maybe it can be cleaned and it could present better…

@vaillant: Would it be worth a clean? How much in reality could it raise the grade by? I have never had experience with cleaning books. Send me a link to your thread and I will gladly give you my opinion!

I already decided the grade on mine, and about the clean: being in Italy I honestly don’t know how it is performed. When the dirt is on white areas, I generally rub gently with an eraser and it is already an improvement.
