8.5 for me. Nice copy. Tear at staple and dust shadow (LHBC)

 

I agree with this, with the tear I would not grade it in the NM range. (thumbs u

This was one of the last books I found when completeing my 1-100 run. Not sure if the "Hulk" cover draws that much attention from collectors, but many a long box went 6,7,8 ... 10,11,12 ...
