How much would you grade it at?

Everything is firmly attached, and PQ is nice.

I agree, leaning towards 4.5. Some VGs can be really nasty . . .

By "nasty" you mean ugly? In the sense they allow more into a VG+ than what would be expected?

 

My grading however is a mixture of CGC and Overstreet, and also I go a lot by eye afterwards.

The + is most important in VG for precisely that reason. Generally, graders let a lot of "moderate to severe" wear and damage get by in VG 4.0. Unless it's an uber-key, 4.5 to 5.0 is the minimum grade I collect at (for SA books). This book makes the cut. (thumbs u
