I am not sure about this – could be in the Fine range, but the creases you see in the bottom right corner are due to an impact (corner bump though the book), and there is also a small 1/8" tear at the bottom of the back.

Also, slight discoloration on the top (not visible in the black, but it can be seen in the red box).

You say 5.5-6.0?

I would have given it a 5.0, 5.5 maximum, as I have another copy (B) which presents better which I graded as a 6.0 (back cover is consistent with front):
