PGM: My New Mutants 98 and Avengers 28

Hey guys, just picked these copies up dirt cheap. I know they both have some nice dings, but let me know what you think these might grade at. The NM has two nice folds in the upper right hand corner, but they might come out with a press. Only one of the folds has a little color break, while the other one breaks no color. Also 2 nice spine dings on the front in the middle and near the top, and a few spine nicks on the back. It's no 9.8, but I wanted to see what grade you all would put on it. Thanks!

Ave 28 3.5 some slight foxing on outer front cover looks like

I think the nm with defects I can see soft corners and some slight thumbing at bottom

And some staple spine stress 9.4

3.5/4.0 on the 28. 9.2 on the 98. (I count 8 spine ticks on the back) in addition to other defects mentioned.

4.5 and 9.0 respectively
