This is a decent looking copy. 1/4" tear on the bottom edge F.C. Back cover has a NCB diagonal bend on the bottom corner about 2". Easily pressed out. Staples are tight on the centerfold but you can see bit of migration on the paper. Pages are supple and very nice. Spine is in very nice shape also as seen in the pic.

That is really a nice looking GA Batman cover!

 

This book does not appear to me to have been pressed. Even with both staples rusted and the top one bleeding, I would give it a 5.5

 

These early GA Superman, Batman, etc,... many of these books are shown some leniency by CGC and it wouldn't surprise me to see a 6.0 on this one.
