Ballpark, what would a 4.5 CGC graded Brave and the Bold 28 be worth?

A copy sold recently on ebay for $2850-which means the book is worth about $3000-ie what someone would be willing to pay. Stating you might get it cheaper is not some shocking flip-flopping statement....
