#252s (3 copies):

VG+ copy:

--Newsstand copy.

--Very slight black on spine, less than 1/8" (remember, back cover is black), which goes down 2/3 of book; the rest well-centered.

--Wear along spine.

--Front cover: upper right corner & lower right corner, color-breaking creases.

--Pgs. OW to CRM/OW.

--Inside back cover/upper left corner: small stain; inside back cover is OW.

--Back cover/upper left corner: 1/3" color-breaking crease; on the back cover, there's a lot of non color-breaking creasing & bends; bottom edge of back cover: 1/8" tear.

Positives:

--Front cover: nice colors, gloss.

--Staples rust-free and secure @ cover and centerfold.

FN- copy:

--Newsstand copy.

--Very slight black on spine, less than 1/8", going down 2/3 of book; the rest well-centered (pretty much like the VG+ copy above).

--Miscut @ top edge, left to right increase.

--Front cover/left top edge: light 1" color-breaking crease.

--Very minor spine wear.

--Front cover/upper right area: very light bend/shape of what looks like a price tag (a very light indentation) and it's only visible under light at an angle. This imprint does not make it through to the inside front cover. This may have been from a price sticker on a bag--not on the book itself because there is no residue. Can't say for sure.

Positives:

--Front cover color/gloss good.

--Staples rust-free and secure @ cover & centerfold.

--Pgs. OWW

--Back cover pretty nice overall, some light non-color breaking bends, but eye appeal-wise, looks VF/NM territory.

FN copy:

--Newsstand copy.

--Front cover/top edge: non color-breaking bends & some light dingage.

--5 non-color breaking bends along spine.

--Front cover/upper left corner & lower left corner, extremely tiny nubs.

--Back cover: upper left corner & lower right corner, non-color breaking bends.

--Back cover, almost halfway down spine: 1/2" scuff in black of cover, so color loss.

Positives:

--Nicely centered.

--Front cover: nice color/gloss.

--Book has eye appeal of a VF.

--Staples rust-free and secure @ cover & centerfold.

--Pgs. OWW

--Inside back cover: white.

ASM #298 VG-

--Newsstand copy.

--Black @ top of spine, between 1/8" and 1/4", decreasing gradually to 1/8" @ mid-spine, to evenly centered @ bott. staple (around the UPC box).

--A lot of color-breaking nicks on black of spine.

--Slight to moderate spine roll to where you can see, at the top edge of book, the pgs. flaring out some.

--Lot of front cover non-color breaking creasing.

--Front cover/lower right corner: diagonal 1 3/4" crease.

--Back cover: the black color further reveals the numerous color-breaking spine tics.

--Back cover, opposite spine is where the pgs. are flared out, 1/3" @ top, decreasing to 1/4" midway down, to 1/8" about 4/5 down. (Aren't the numbers mind-numbing? :insane:)

--Back cover/lower middle area: small piece of tape (1/2" x 1").

Positives:

--Staples rust-free and secure @ cover & centerfold.

--Inside covers: white to OW.

--Pgs. OW

--Back cover/lower right corner: tiny 1/8" crease.

Positives:

--Nicely centered.

--Front cover nice & white. :cloud9:

--Edges & corners very nice on front cover.
