CGC Graded Comic with bubbles/stickin on the inside? Will this effect the comic?

it cannot be seem head on but at angles to the comic in certain spots . Best way to compare it to is air bubbles on a smartphone where you apply a clear plastic over. It is on the inside of the case sticking to the comic

It's the oil slick effect - it's an optical illusion caused by the plastic inner well contacting the outer case. If it bothers you, you can gently slide a piece of paper in-between the inner & outer well and the "bubbles" will go away.

Thank you-I am having a hard time understanding how it cannot impact the comic? You think of something stuck to something for x amount of years and when you remove it-it may discolor on a dark color or leave an impression? If true this can ruin some beautiful pieces. Where is their check and balance?
