someone offered me ASM 300 CGC SS by Todd Mcfarlane , he says that it is quite great book because Todd doesn't sign spiderman anymore , is it true ?

No, that's not true at all.

Ive been lucky enough to go to a few Todd signings and have nothing but nice things to say about the man. He was incredibly gracious with his time. Would stop and take pictures with fans and talk for a second or two. And was literally willing to sign anything fans brought (he signed some comics and baseball cards for me) he would definitely sign spider man related books (he did for me) now what I will say is that it is possible that he charges for cgc to witness. Some creators have started doing this (I.e. signature is free or cheap but if you have a cgc rep with you Sig is $20 bucks let's say) I have no idea if Todd is doing this but it is a thing people have started doing in the last few years.
