Can anyone identify this painting of "Vampirella"

I was looking at a comic collection over the weekend and this was hanging on the wall. It has a "signature" Tony to the right side of the painting....

 

Trying to get an idea of value or who did it.

Do you know who "tony" is then Scott?

 

I would agree with you except that when I look at this I have no idea myself what the circumstances were in terms of 'borrowing' the image. I.e. for all I know it was someone a fan did himself for himself. If it was sold commercially then yeah its hard to argue!
