I really like the condition of the front cover but the water damage I am going to say 8.0/8.5.

yeah...when I bought it the front cover looked so nice that I didn't look at the back cover, oh well, still presents well from the front.

Dang shame about the water staining - also see a tiny bit of rust at the top staple. Any rust migration to the interior? Without the stain or the rust, you're looking at a solid VF/NM (or better), but unfortunately, it's an if-but world. Can't see grading it above a 6.0, and many will chime in lower, no doubt. Still a desirable copy though, given the price spike this book has had in the last two years. (thumbs u
