New Teen Titans #2 I Need Some Help Grading this One.

I just picked this one up yesterday at a Half Price Books Store.

 

It's a really nice looking copy that looks like a Solid 9.4/9.6. There's no spine ticks or creases, it has sharp corners and all of it's original cover gloss. Overall it's a really nice looking copy that has great eye appeal.

 

The only flaw on the book is that the bottom staple is extremely tight and it started tearing the paper by the staple. The staple isn't popped, the tear is about 1/3 of the length of the staple.

 

How bad will this knock the grade down?

 

I finally got my scanner working again, so hopefully it will be better than the photo's I've been taking over the past few months.

I think the lower right FC edge wear knocks it down to 9.0. The staple issues probably another two grades to 8.
