I used to think that amount of dirt on the back cover, would affect the grade downward, but I recently bought a slabbed 9.4 of FF100 and it has as much if not more stacking dirt than yours.

 

So what I suggest here, is more of a guess than otherwise.

9.0. Higher with a dry clean.

It's a 9.0 based on the front cover, but I am not sure how CGC would handle all that soiling on the back. Rub it off with a soft eraser and repost for us!
