PGM: Amazing Spider-Man #4

I am using my three allotted posts today to share three more early ASMs. I want to offer these up for sale in a day or so on The Forum, but beforre that, I want to again be sure my grading is solid.

First up:

ASM #4 - Covers attached and a bit of gloss remains. No chipping. Some wear at the lower left corner and a light crease at the bottom left panel near Spidey's figure. More wear at the mid point on the right near Sandman's foot (2nd panel). Wear at top left and some at cover bottom. Pages OW. Back cover is good - pretty good in fact. I'd love to see this hit 4.5, considering that there was a slabbed 6.5 on eBay this week with a huge stain on the back cover?
