I'd sell it for $180, but I'm not sure I'd buy it for $180 . . .

 

Though it IS a tough book to find in grade.

As long as it doesn't have any restoration it's a decent price. Cleaned, pressed, and graded you might be able to get around $275 or so if my grade estimate is correct. ($180 + ~50 for clean, press, and grading = ~$230). So 10% off if I'm close. If it comes back restored or less than a 7.0 you lose out. How do you feel about gambling?

I think it won't come back restored, it is from a very big ebay seller

As am I. My guess was 7.5 as is and 8.0/8.5 if the back cover cleaned up nicely.
