Like last year, I'll be doing my SDCC recap for you all.

 

It will be full of pictures of stuff I got and some of the con itself.

 

Feel free to while here.

 

Here's the bus driving up to start:

 

 

Funny, I got there 2 hours early thinking the line to get my badge would be an hour.

There really was no line and I got my badge right away.

 

So I sat and waited.

I went downstairs to this:

 

 

I waited outside for about 10 mins and at 5:52. They let us in.

 

 

I have a strained achilles tendon so I'm limping around and using a cane.

 

Still getting knocked into, but some have been nice.

 

This will be mostly moderns.. That's why I do this here.. And it's where I hang the most.

Translucid 4 from boom studios. I think this like limited to 125 copies.

They said this is an exclusive in everything I've read online and even a banner they had at the booth, but I talked to the guy who works there and this is just the regular book but released before the stores get it.

Next, on to the other side . The Image part:

 

 

These guys were selling these at the Image booth, I said I guess this means your book is coming out with image.. Yup was the answer.

Cool! I knew it wasn't Ryan, didn't recognize it as Stokely's though.

I go t get some Image exclusives and I see a guy next to me trying to buy a stack of each. I hear the guy at the booth say " there's a limit on two of the books"

 

Limit to two .. So I bought the limit..... These might get interesting on the after market.. I don't remember Image ever limiting their exclusives. Oh, 500 each

I tried to pull a fast one later on and went back to buy more of those two, they were gone from display.

 

I don't think they sold out.. I wonder if they just stopped so they had some to sell for the next 4 days???

A few sales threads had a couple Low - they sold out immediately. Apparently finding high grade copies were hard.

All those people we in walking one way or another in the isle.

 

The lines for the exclusives and anything that was free was a zoo, and this is preview night.
