PGM Captain Marvel #58 - 1946

Decent looking book with nice interior. Back cover has a sun shadow on the top edge. The outside edge has a 1/8" x 3/8" chip out of the side.

Oh yeah. Check out the chipping on the FF 5 CGC 7.5 for $5k on ebay. Yours much better. I wouldn't sweat it. I think at the very least 7.5 is the floor.

First off, that is one fugly looking FF 5 in 7.5. I totally disagree with CGC on that one. However, I think they are viewing the chips on the FF5 as production related and are more lenient. I think the Captain Marvel chip will be treated more harshly because it's an impact chip. I would grade the Captain Marvel at 7.5 with a chance at 8.0 but no way an 8.5 .l Nice eye appeal.

Just checked out that F.F. Has a piece off the bottom corner also.

, the chips on the back cover - minimal deduction in my book. Same for the shadow - it's small and on the back as well.
