I have no issues with anti-harassment policies in general as long as they don't go overboard. Be polite and no touching without permission seems to work well for me personally. Unfortunately too many people pushing this kind of thing want to take it as far as no uninvited talking, no photos without written permission etc etc (hyperbole for effect here). I always ask when possible before I take a picture, but that is just being polite. If I take a photo from a distance and someone comes at me screaming about harassment because I didn't ask, well they are going to have a problem. By the same token if I see someone being inappropriate/overly aggressive, that person will be spoken to/dealt with in a manner they will not enjoy. Of course, my experience at cons has led me to believe that is pretty rare...
