Need some help with some grading notes

I'm interested in buying a Golden Age book that has been restored. The restoration includes CT, reinforced cover, reinforced centerfold and staples replaced.

 

I decided to buy the notes and there's one thing in the notes that I don't really understand.

 

One of the notes is, "Top Interior Multiple Centerfold Detached". What does this mean? The notes on the label don't say the centerfold is detached, but it has been reinforced and the staples have been replaced, indicating to me that it was likely detached at some point.

It means more than one wrap is detached at the top staple at the centrefold.

 

The reenforcement comment is interesting -- perhaps the bottom staple?

The centerfold and multiple other wraps are detached at the top staple. Still hanging on by the bottom staple so CF not detached.

 

EDIT: Too slow.
