Last sale in Nov 2013 for $4331.

 

Generally recognized as the third comic book, this was distributed as a premium giveaway by Wheatena, Malt-O-Milk, Kinney Shoes, and others.

 

Not surprisingly, it's rated "scarce" by The Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books, and next to non-existent in even this modest of a grade.

Very cool – is that of large size?

Its about 5mm wider than a GA book. CGC case is standard size.
