How many of these were actually printed/circulated? Is there any data on this?

 

I'm not sure. I went to WW Texas, and was actually able to get 2 copies. Sold one to a little boy for $5 cause he looked desperate. But later on the final day, apparently some advanced ticket holders did not receive them because they ran out. But my dealer, who was at the show, said he saw Dallas-area dealers walking about with stacks of them when they were only supposed to be given 1 copy.

Interesting to see if the print run was $10,000, $20,000 or $5,000? Some of our Dallas dealers must have some idea as to its circulation. I've have my 9.8 copy so I just want to see how much of a variant this thing is or is it just another mass produced cover.
