There is a small tear to the right of the word "Issue" on the right edge of the cover. "1.00" written in pencil on the back cover.

Is that water/moisture damage on the back cover near the 1.00?

 

Hard to tell from the scan. Looking at it, and assuming that's some kind of moisture issue, 7.0/7.5.

No moisture. (I just checked.)

 

It's just the way the dirt is patterned.
