Please grade this Avengers #54!

Mulling over getting this one slabbed.

Flat, tight book with gorgeous gloss but hints of wear: pen mark in logo, tiny wrinkle bottom of spine, touch of dirt/foxing on back cover spine. (Front cover does not have a corner crease LRC, though scan kinda suggests it.) Thanks all!

Beautiful copy but with some small flaws. I am torn between 8.5/9.0.

I guess page quality and how it looks in hand would decide that!

Thanks! That's around where I am; I'd be hoping for a 9.0 if I send it in. I'd think based on the grading contest books, there's a decent shot.

Is there some foxing on the top right corner of the back cover? Otherwise, as is, it's probably 8.0. With a press and dry clean, a fairly certain 8.5, maybe 9.0 on a good day. A sweet book!

I think the books a dead 9.0. The edges and corners are a little too nice for me to go any lower.

dont see it being a 9.0 even with "CPR", nonetheless VERY nice copy!
