Reholder prevention

I noticed some label errors on two of my invoices when the books went to graded status. I immediately emailed CGC to have them corrected, but I haven't received a response and they haven't been corrected in the system thus far.

 

They got this? Or do I need to call them, too.

If I do, I would expect the time spent in QC to be cut in half since I'm doing part of the job for them. :/

 

lol It is pretty clear that correct label information is pretty far down the list on the QC flowchart. If they researched all the books they're prone to screw up it would stretch the QC phase out tremendously.
