The condition of this issue is either spectacular or amazing!

 

I'll hazard a guess. I see one small spine crease near the bottom of Spider-Man. Bindery tear upper right corner. Very small diagonal piece out of bottom right corner, but probably a result of the printing process.

 

It all comes down to what the small bindery tear does to the price. I would guess a 9.4 for this but would not be surprised at all if someone smarter than me differs by a grade one way or the other, and, in this great shape, a grade up or down means a lot.
