Curious to know people's thoughts on what separates a comic from receiving a 9.0 from a 9.2, a 9.2 from a 9.4, etc. all the way up to 10. (Or whichever in there you want to comment on. :grin:)

 

I'm new to CSC, so if there's a post that covers this already, I'd appreciate a link.
