NEW SET REQUESTS - FULL SETS ONLY

I am not sure how this works I assume complete set are sets that start with issue 1 and end when the series end correct? If so, I have the following titles I like to add to your list because I can not find them in any sets. Just to add a stupid questions why aren't the titles added after CGC grades a book that they do not have a title for?

Thanks, but if you look at the existing set (that you sent a link to), it contains all regular issues, but not any of the variants. My list in the set request above contains all variants for every issue.

 

Another alternative to creating a new set would just be to add the variants to the existing set-
