PGM Amazing spider-man annual 1

Hey all, Looking for some opinions on the grade of this one with the spine split. It's just under 3/4 of an inch. This is my under copy that I am thinking about selling and wanted to get some consensus on the grade first. There rest of the book is really nice.

Thanks. My personal guess was 5.0 with the rest being so nice, but I don't have a lot of experience with having these Annuals slabbed.

 

Since you have it in hand, I'll go along with your opinion. 5.0 :)
