The fact that it's not enforced regularly doesn't make it any less of a binding contract. 893scratchchin-thumb.gif

Opens hand. Sees that the stone is no longer there and realizes that the student has finally surpassed the teacher. Adds the cost of one stone to his tuition bill. devil.gif

The jade monkey arrives at noon. I bent my wookie. gossip.gif

Amazing. 6 full pages on this thread. Someone mentioned that this was comical. That's an understatement. Flat out hilarious is more like it. The shipping charges were clearly stated. Done. Over. Finished. If you don't like it, don't bid. Or factor it into your final bid price.

The amount of whining on this board in regards to "shipping profiteering" and certain board members self-rightousness in regards to the matter is laughable. The seller is in business for himself and it is well within his rights to conduct business in any way he sees fit. If he charges a handling fee above and beyond shipping costs to take care of overhead then fine. As the buyer you have a responsibility to READ the sellers shipping terms before you place a bid. Don't go ahead and make a purchase and then moan about it after.

But this shouldn't even be an issue though. Is there some unwritten rule that people who sell on Ebay should be different from any mail order catalog, internet retailer or anybody else who does business which involves "shipping and handling"? Do some of you actually think that every time you purchase a comic you should be charged exact shipping and that the seller should absorb everything else?

I do about 700 auctions per month on Ebay. I charge a shipping and handling fee that helps cover my overhead. I'm not going to list my overhead but it is not chump change and I don't take short cuts on packaging. I tank proof my packages, grade strictly and don't use media mail. I clearly state my shipping fees and almost always include delivery confirmation even though I don't advertise that I do. But I am a bad guy because after I've shipped I have 2.00 extra to apply to my overhead?

Repeating things I've already said was funny at first. But now that you're adding visual aids of it, perhaps you should have flushed your head and sewed the turd onto your neck instead. 893scratchchin-thumb.gif

Nah, why the hell would I want you hanging around my neck? I try to stay far away from pieces of [#@$%!!!]. flamed.gif

Spare me. You clearly have no game & you're in way over your head:

Prepares to render aid by giving BOC a new and bigger brain.

Ouch.

Feeds some ex-lax to his pet elephant.

I'll try being a little nicer if you'll try being a lot less retarded. 27_laughing.gif

As feared, it appears BOC's head is going to reject everything but the original.

Yells for a plunger, stat, and calls in a specialist (plumber). blush.gif

Lame, lame, lame. Your only comebacks seem to be limited to brain replacement comments. You seem to be stupid enough to believe you can change the wording around a little bit and nobody will realize that you're just repeating these pathetic, nutbag "jokes" over and over. This is going to be fun and way too easy......now go cook me a chicken pot pie, you fluffy little tulip.

After two years of washing his bed sheets every single day.......Sewer Rat finally realized he shouldn't take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night. foreheadslap.gif
